St. Munchin’s Community Centre is a community enterprise centre in the heart of Limerick, that offers many services to the wider Limerick community. St. Munchin’s provides a variety of social enterprises such as a Meals on Wheels service, a Community Café, a Seniors Clubs, a Friendly Call Service to name but a few!

Let’s Fund It reached out to St. Munchin’s Community Centre again this year, the second year running to offer a donation. We spoke to Linda Ledger, the Manager of St. Munchin’s and offered to help. Linda suggested a donation to help with their annual Christmas party that they hold for Senior Citizens.

Let’s Fund It offered a donation of gifts, treats and chocolates for the senior citizens and the volunteers of St. Munchin’s agreed that it would be a fantastic donation to give as each senior citizen would then be given a gift courtesy of Let’s Fund It.

Let’s Fund It began sourcing for this and in the end we compiled a donation of 150 chocolate gift bags and 40 boxes of chocolates. This delivery was completed by Let’s Fund it on Tuesday, 30th November 2021. Linda and the volunteers of St. Munchin’s Community Centre were delighted with the donation and were very grateful for the work Let’s Fund It does.
